I'm Blogging, aren't I?

Reading Ruri Dragon1 and watching Komi Can't Communicate2, I've seen じゃない3 used a couple of times in a way that didn't quite make sense. I've finally checked in, turns out it can be used like a confirmation or an "isn't it?"4, which to be fair is also sort of how the negative is used in English. It's funny to see a 全然答えられてないじゃない and have to remember it's not some sort of double negative though. Japanese also clearly does this with expressions like 〜ませんか.
